(Gluten, Grain, Dairy & Sugar Free)

Organic & Fair-Trade Ingredients:

  • 2 cup organic raw cashews or cashew pieces

  • 2 cup purified water

  • 4-5 capsules of Megafood Megaflora (or other quality brand of probiotics) as a starter


  1. Place the cashews and water in a blender and blend into a very smooth paste

  2. Gently open probiotic capsules and add the powder into the mix, stirring gently

  3. Add the mix to a 2-quart mason jar, as the mix may expand 

  4. Cover the jar with a thin towel or cheese cloth, then place into the center of a cold oven with the oven light kept on.

  5. Let the jar stand overnight, or up to 12 hours. The set yogurt should be very thick and tangy.

  6. Transfer to the refrigerator and consume within 1 week for best results.
