Now in my mid-50’s, I’ve had hormone and health issues like you. I know first-hand about the powerful impact of food. I share my knowledge about nutrition, herbals, and lifestyle approaches to improve symptoms. Through my own challenges and advanced training with a Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition (DCN), I offer a robust toolbox to support women through perimenopause and menopause. Because quite honestly, menopause can seem scary without a guide.

I’ve helped women just like you, and I feel your pain. When you recognize that something’s gotta’ give before you lose it, you’re ready for change. During 1:1 coaching, we work together to identify “pain points," or symptoms during perimenopause and menopause that cause you the most distress. We identify a few simple goals to maximize time and efforts to achieve the greatest results.
