Garlic Green Bean Dip
Here’s a delicious white bean hummus with a spicy kick! Increase garlic, basil, cilantro, and cayenne for more spice, or decrease these ingredients for less “bite.”
Organic Ingredients:
1 can white beans (BPA free)
1 lemon, squeezed
1/4 cup (+ 1 teaspoon for drizzling) extra virgin olive oil
3 to 5 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of spinach
2 tablespoons of basil
1 tablespoon of cilantro
Pinch of cayenne or paprika (+ sprinkle on top)
Salt and pepper to taste
Pine nuts for garnish
Directions:
Mix ingredients well in food processor. Drizzle a teaspoon of olive oil, a sprinkle of paprika or cayenne pepper, and pine nuts for garnish. Serve with cut vegetables to include in a Mediterranean style meal.
