Cultured Coconut Yogurt

Cultured coconut yogurt is a probiotic-rich food that’s made from coconut milk.

Organic & Fair-Trade Ingredients:

  • 1 13.5 oz container of Native Forest unsweetened coconut milk (non-BPA lined can, no added gums)

  • 5 Megafood Megaflora probiotic capsules – or other good quality probiotic

Instructions:

  1. Empty organic unsweetened coconut milk into a clean glass jar.

  2. Thoroughly whisk to mix the milk.

  3. Carefully open probiotic capsules and pour contents into jar. Stir again.

  4. Cover with cheesecloth and secure with a rubberband.

  5. Place in unheated oven with light on (ensure that oven is off) for approximately 2 days.

  6. Taste to determine if ready to refrigerate.  Yogurt should be tart.

  7. Cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
