Cultured Coconut Yogurt
Cultured coconut yogurt is a probiotic-rich food that’s made from coconut milk.
Organic & Fair-Trade Ingredients:
1 13.5 oz container of Native Forest unsweetened coconut milk (non-BPA lined can, no added gums)
5 Megafood Megaflora probiotic capsules – or other good quality probiotic
Instructions:
Empty organic unsweetened coconut milk into a clean glass jar.
Thoroughly whisk to mix the milk.
Carefully open probiotic capsules and pour contents into jar. Stir again.
Cover with cheesecloth and secure with a rubberband.
Place in unheated oven with light on (ensure that oven is off) for approximately 2 days.
Taste to determine if ready to refrigerate. Yogurt should be tart.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
