Craving a frozen treat on a warm day, I created my new favorite summertime dessert - Mango Sorbet! This delicious sweet treat is smooth, creamy, and satisfying. It contains no added sweeteners, so it’s a healthy dessert option. While mango is a sweeter fruit, the protein in the Greek yogurt helps to slow the glucose impact. You can increase the Greek yogurt and reduce the mango and non-dairy milk to lower sugar content even more.

Ingredients:

3 cups frozen unsweetened mango chunks

2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup of unsweetened non-dairy milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Directions:

Add ingredients to a food processor and mix until smooth.

Add pieces of frozen fruit on top, optional.

Serve frozen. Enjoy!
